Here at Early Childhood Justice, we strive to support the growth of early childhood advocates by access to:
In-person and online training and group gatherings that promote justice and self-reflective practice, providing space for unifying conversation where all participants are heard, seen, and validated.
Free and low cost workshops, book Clubs, and events to individuals on topics of anti-racism, justice and climate justice, language, relationships, self-reflection, as well as access to a quarterly book study groups through our Events page.
Large group and organization training, keynote, and guest speaking from experienced and knowledgeable presenters Services page.
Consultants, Advisors, and Mentors that provide a lens based on individual lived experiences, encouraging schools to develop safe spaces that are accommodating to all identities. Personal and group consulting, mentoring, and advising, can be accessed through our Services page.
Our team is comprised of qualified early childhood professionals with over 100 years combined experience, holding degrees in Child Development, and experiences as lead teachers, mentors, advisors, consultants, program director, trainers, and business owners.

The Children's Community Garden providing resources and gathering spaces for children and parents to connect learning with nature developing a climate justice lens in young learners (coming summer 2025)
Beginning summer 2025, The Children's Community Garden membership will provide an online learning platform for parents to supplement at home outdoor learning with lesson plans, activities, and interactions with trained early childhood educators; newsletters providing information on local family friendly events; guidance on creating community garden spaces where families and children can gather, meet, and connect. And safe online access where local garden spaces can list information, locations, and upcoming events. Stay tuned here
