An MS in Child Development from the University of La Verne, Bobbie has almost 40 years of experience in Early Childhood Education working within private, public, and Family Child Care settings, as a lead teacher, Program Director, Mentor, Advisor, Adjunct Professor, and Training Facilitator. Spending over 1/2 her career in State and Head Start programs, she understands the specific needs of programs that rely on public funding, and the delicate dance between administration, support staff, educators, and families. Located in California, she is the founder of Early Childhood Justice.org, a woman of color connecting to her indigenous roots, a single parent, and first generation college graduate.
