An MS in Child Development from the University of La Verne, Bobbie has almost 40 years of experience in Early Childhood Education working within private, public, and Family Child Care settings, as a lead teacher, Program Director, Mentor, Advisor, and Training Facilitator. Spending over 1/2 her career in State and Head Start programs. She understands the specific needs of programs that rely on public funding, and the delicate dance between administration, support staff, educators, and families. She is the founder of Early Childhood Justice.org, a woman of color, raised 2 children to adulthood as a single parent, and is a first generation college graduate.
Through witnessing events since the 2016 U.S. elections, a world pandemic, climate crisis, and global wars, Bobbie has spent the last 5 years in self-reflective practice, research, and connection, evaluating her understanding of the injustices that thrive within many of our systems.
She does not shy away from difficult conversations, promotes community building and self-reflective gatherings, and ensures that everyone she comes into contact with are seen, heard, and validated, working to reach across divides with compassion and respect, never giving up on the dream where every child and person, inclusive of all experiences and identities, is seen, safe, and loved.
Kasumi spent her childhood in Japan, now living in the U.S. for almost 30 years raising 2 teenagers as a single parent. She is passionate about empowering educators, families, and young learners through coaching, collaboration, and compassionate advocacy.
With extensive experience in early childhood education over the last 15 years, Kasumi brings a well-rounded background in classroom instruction, curriculum development, and compliance monitoring within Head Start and State funded preschool programs. As a Mentor Coach, she specializes in supporting quality improvement by utilizing case management systems to ensure program compliance, maintaining classroom ratios, and managing behavioral referrals through thorough tracking and follow-up with Head Start program teachers.
Kasumi has developed and facilitated workshops for both behavioral specialists and educators, aligning training with the evolving needs of teachers. Her approach centers on building strong home-to-school connections, crafting meaningful curriculum and lesson plans, and supporting children’s holistic development through inclusive, individualized strategies.
As the founder of TeachFair, an organization that provides individual and group diversity coaching, consulting, speaker presentations, and professional development workshops, emphasizing the unique experiences of multilingual students, Stefanie is committed to building trusting relationships, understanding the needs of these students and families, and promoting mindful and competent conflict resolution.
Growing up in Berlin, and raising bi-lingual children between Germany and Los Angeles, she is committed to a vision where all children will enjoy an enriching life, in safe and empowering classrooms, that embrace diversity and promote cultural intelligence.

As a parent and early childhood educator, degrees in both Dietary Services and Human Development, over 20 years experience in the Early Childhood field, both as a classroom educator, coach, and mentor, Jacqueline is committed to helping all she comes into contact with to find the best solutions for children and families through compassionate listening and collaborative thinking. Her specialty is health and wellness coaching, helping families to discover a path to healthy cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development through gardening, staying active, and connecting to nature.
A successful entrepreneur, Jacqueline is the founder and CEO of 3es Mariposas sharing her passion to support families and others interested in growing together, obtaining equitable access to healthy foods, and developing community bonds through education and workshops. She is committed to the environment, sustainability, and donates her time volunteering in communities impacted by food deserts. On her YouTube channel she shares healthy recipes specializing in seasonal foods. Jacqueline’s experience has provided her with a lens into the benefits children gain from growing their own fruits and vegetables, trying a variety of “homegrown” foods, learning accountability, team building, responsibility, leadership, and promoting family values and culture through developing relationships to the Earth and all life forces.
