Early childhood professionals have long been the invisible front line defense through the relationships we build with children and families. For far too long we have been held to higher standards, while continuing to receive minimum recognition and compensation. Many of the professionals who list their services in this space are retired preschool teachers, have lived experience, and stand behind the shared goal of justice and equity.
